We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join us.
About the position:
In this role you will lead our recruitment efforts while managing and optimizing HR systems to ensure seamless HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in talent acquisition HRIS management and delivering exceptional HR support across the business.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles competencies and develop strategies to attract toptier candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process providing clear communication and timely feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms to sustain a robust talent pipeline.
HR Systems Management:
- Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert managing the implementation maintenance and enhancement of platforms like Comeet HiBob and others.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data supporting datadriven decisionmaking across the HR function and organization.
- Train employees and managers on the effective use of HR systems driving adoption and maximizing system capabilities.
Employee Relations & HR Support:
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies procedures and employee relations matters.
- Partner with leaders to address and resolve employee concerns fostering a positive work environment and reinforcing company culture.
- Support leadership in identifying and developing internal talent encouraging career growth and facilitating succession planning.
Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role with a strong focus on recruitment and HRIS management.
- Proven experience managing fullcycle recruitment and working with HR systems (Comeet HiBob preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics to drive informed decisions.
