Location: 4 days a week on site and 1 remote Charlotte NC; St Louis MO; OR Denver CO
Duration: 3 6month contract to hire Second role is long term contract (1218 months) with potential to convert but not guaranteed (need to be able to work on W2 without sponsorship!)

This client began an HCM implementation several months ago and utilizes an SI partner to help with this project. The new product is Oracle and the team is looking to bring Oracle knowledge in house. This role is HR specific so ideal candidates will have Oracle HCM Core HR knowledge. Ability and willingness to educate are important as this role has been created in part to facilitate knowledge transfer to the team. This person will be hands on doing the development work to help the project stay on budget. Tasks will be varied and may involve specifics pieces outside of the SI partners contract. The contractor should expect to assist the HR Technology team in testing HR processes identify analyze and document bugs and be detailoriented when running tests documenting and reporting results. Duties then include reporting defects and collaborating with the software developers to find a fix and patch the program.
The candidate will assist in implementing Oracle HCM Fusion in the following tasks:
Use Oracle Cloud methodologies to create new enhance and troubleshoot components/tools such as Fast Formulas HCM Extract OTBI BI Publisher PLSQL and OIC
Assist in testing oncycle and offcycle payroll process flows GL costing and creating thirdparty files
Assist in loading data using HDL and HSDL loaders for Payroll or HR related items
As a team member enhance product knowledge and user understanding of the system to the HR Technology Team
