Description
We are seeking a Dremio specialist to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging Dremios capabilities to enhance our data ingestion transformation and querying processes. The role requires a understanding of data architecture and a passion for optimizing data workflows to ensure efficient access and usability. You will play a role in collaborating with crossfunctional teams facilitating datadriven decisionmaking and improving the data strategy.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Dremio to optimize data workflows and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Dremio to ensure data availability for analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to design effective data models.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Dremio queries.
- Integrate Dremio with various data sources to ensure seamless data ingestion.
- Train and mentor team members on Dremio functionalities and data management techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience with Dremio and knowledge of its architecture and features.
- Strong understanding of SQL and data manipulation languages.
- Experience integrating Dremio with cloudbased and onpremise data sources.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex data problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
