Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated POWER BI Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decisionmaking processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess an indepth understanding of data visualization and analytics demonstrating proficiency in utilizing Power BI to transform raw data into meaningful insights. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather analyze and document requirements ensuring that the final product aligns with business objectives. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining interactive dashboards reports and visualizations that effectively communicate performance metrics and trends. Additionally you will play a pivotal role in data modeling and ETL processes ensuring data integrity and consistency across various sources. Familiarity with TA data and processes especially in Workday will be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Support and optimize existing Power BI reports and dashboards for improved performance and user experience.
- Design develop and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for data insights.
- Transform raw data into structured formats suitable for analysis using Power Query and DAX functions.
- Ensure the accuracy consistency and integrity of data through effective data modeling and ETL processes.
- Analyze and convert manual reports into selfservice dashboard formats.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Business Intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role.
- Experience in data analytics and visualization best practices.
- Familiarity with TA domain processes especially related to Workday is highly desirable.
- Experience with SQL and database management systems for effective data extraction and manipulation.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail with a commitment to delivering highquality outputs.
