Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client is an international technology group with three core businesses: aerospace defense and security. It develops produces and markets engines and equipment for air and space defense electronics and security solutions.
Position: Technician I
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Carson CA 90746
Work Type: Contract
Job Type: Onsite
Shift Timings: 6am2:30pm
Job Description:
- Provides technical support to engineers in areas such as production operations maintenance process improvement or product development.
Duties:
- Performs Analysis and tests. Develops and recommends procedures and methods and prepares manufacturing process sheets technical documents and reports.
- Performs technical evaluations of events to determine root causes; recommends corrective action.
- Uses schematics diagrams technical drawings specifications written and verbal descriptions or defined plans to perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic or mechanical components equipment or systems.
- Develops competence by performing structured work assignments
- Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
- Receives instruction guidance and direction from others
Experience:
- 13 years
Education:
- Associates degree in engineering preferred; H.S. Diploma/GED required.
