What you will do:
- Mentor and guide Microsoft 365 support engineers fostering team development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Exchange Online SharePoint and Teams.
- Act as the primary escalation contact collaborating closely with Microsoft and other stakeholders.
- Define monitor and report on key KPIs to improve service quality and performance.
- Oversee security and compliance of Microsoft 365 services responding to incidents and ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Conduct workshops demos and presentations to share knowledge across the team.
What you bring & who you are:
- 4 years of experience in deploying managing and supporting Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online SharePoint Teams).
- Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory and PowerShell.
- Handson approach with a usercentric mindset.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication skills able to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Fluent in English our primary business language.
