At SmartRental Group we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to plan implement and manage our digital marketing strategies. The main objective of this role is to enhance lead acquisition improve brand visibility optimize the customer experience and maximize business opportunities through digital channels.
What will you do
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across our Website paid channels CRM email marketing etc
- Lead the development and launch of our new website to ensure a seamless user experience and positioning.
- Manage our daytoday content updates and promos on our website.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO SEM email marketing social media display advertising and other digital platforms with the support of our digital agency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Revenue Management Social Media Design Content) to execute promotions and campaigns that boost conversions and revenue.
- Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Optimize and manage the loyalty program and email marketing to enhance customer retention.
- Track and report performance using Google Analytics Dashboards and Google Tag Manager.
- Create reports and maintain KPIs dashboards for all digital channels and launching A/B tests providing actionable insights to improve strategy and execution.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and new technologies to implement continuous improvements.
What do we look for
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field with 57 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in Spanish with an advanced level of English (C1).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads SEO SEM CRM email marketing).
- Experience with Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and reporting tools.
- Proven experience in website management CMS and digital campaign execution.
- Ability to analyze data run A/B tests and refine strategies for improved results.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and tools like HubSpot Salesforce and Mailchimp is a plus.
- Ability to work as part of a team and lead projects autonomously.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
