Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the companys brand and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve the companys objectives
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
Manage the companys brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels
Develop and maintain relationships with media partners and advertising agencies
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
Prepare and manage the marketing budget ensuring costeffective allocation of resources
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
Oversee the creation of marketing materials including print and digital advertisements brochures and social media content
Manage a team of marketing professionals providing guidance support and performance feedback
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the investment or real estate industry
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Experience in managing a team and working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics CRM systems and social media management platforms
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
