This is a superb Sales Consultant opportunity for a leading leisure brand. This job is perfect for a highly motivated individual to join the team at a busy centre. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is fun and friendly and has a genuine interest in wanting to help people become active and fulfil their individual fitness goals. Were looking for a Sales Consultant who will lead from the front and by example who relishes the chance to meet and exceed individual target. This is a fitness job not to be missed!
The Role:
- Dealing with membership enquiries via phone email and face to face.
- Ensuring a high standard of member experience providing precise information to prospective members.
- Conducting tours
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business
- Be confident to do Outreach
- Be front facing for any member enquires
What we want from you
- Proven track record of success in sales preferably in the health & fitness industry.
- Experience in hitting KPIs.
- Able to work at least 1 weekend a month.
- Highenergy attitude with a passion for service.
- Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic.
