Data Engineer Junior

We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer with strong problemsolving skills and a desire to quickly learn in a dynamic business environment. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who will support building and maintaining data solutions contributing to data warehousing ETL processes and crypto/fiat transaction reconciliation.

Your daily tasks will be

• Assist in the design build and maintenance of data warehouse schemas.
  
• Help develop and maintain ETL procedures for data ingestion from multiple platforms and external sources.
  
• Support the business intelligence team in maintaining BI services and data reporting tools.
  
• Collaborate with the Platform team to understand platform architecture and data flows.
  
• Contribute to the implementation of a fullstack data solution learning the process from raw data to actionable insights.
  
• Investigate and resolve crypto/fiat transaction reconciliation issues ensuring accuracy in reports.
  
• Optimize data warehouse processes and ETL pipelines for efficient lowlatency data consumption.
  
• Assist in integrating new data sources into the data warehouse.
  
  

What we expect from you

• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and API integration is a plus but not required.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or an equivalent technical field.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
  
• Knowledge of basic database concepts (e.g. SQL relational databases).
  
• Exposure to any programming language (Python Java or Node.js is a plus).
  
• Willingness to work on crypto/fiat transaction reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
  
• Interest in ETL tools data warehousing and learning business intelligence practices.
  
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to business needs and changes.
  
• Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to team discussions and problemsolving.
