Job Description
Job Title: Control Test Engineer
Location: Nacogdoches TX
Job Description:
- Bs/Ms/phd in electrical / power / CS with 3 years experience in manufacturing environment and working with 3 phase
- Experience with PLC HMI and safety systems design
- Experience in designing and deploying PLC hardware and software
- Experience in visual basic/studio SQL and other Microsoft applications
- Experience with Rockwell software like RSLogix 5 / RSLogix 500 / RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000 / VB6 / AllenBradley HMI systems PREFERED
- LabView certification PREFERED
- Experience in OSHA Regulations in Electrical Safety
- Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing
- Experience in read and update blueprints wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
- Medium and High voltage current testing
- Support commissioning of new manufacturing machinery and software like installation debugging validation testing
- Lead cross functional root cause and failure analyses.
- Develop and review test equipment specifications and compliance and maintain and troubleshoot CNC and PLC systems based on Allen Bradley Siemens and GE Fanuc platforms.
Skills:
- NI LabVIEW / NI TestStand and IO systems
- Project Management experience and troubleshoot system issues
- Proficient in VB6 / VB.Net / C# / SQL / Ladder Logic
