Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Onsite Technical Lead to join our team on a contracting basis and provide technical leadership for a highimpact project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture and microservices handson experience with Java and Spring frameworks and excellent communication and collaboration skills. This role involves working closely with crossfunctional teams managing technical solutions and ensuring seamless integration with various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of microservicesbased applications.
- Architect and implement solutions using Java Spring Boot and database technologies like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Crossfunctional collaboration with different teams for integrations and file transfers.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Ensure highquality deliverables through code reviews best practices and architectural guidance.
- Facilitate team discussions and manage technical roadmaps.
- Occasionally travel to Dallas for onsite meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead in designing and developing microservicesbased architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and relational/noSQL databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with remote and crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to provide architectural direction and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Must be based on the East Coast with willingness to travel to Dallas occasionally.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with cloudbased platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and API management.
