Job Description
Job Title: Admin Assistant/Dispatcher(Customer Service)/ Shipping/Receiving Clerk Lv3
Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Duration: 4 Months
Location: Cleveland OH 44113 USA
Shift: Monday through Friday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
General Information:
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
- Occasional Saturdays (not guaranteed)
Responsibilities:
- Perform computer work including billing printing BOL and manifests.
- Organize for carriers and track loads as they finish.
- Communicate with Warehouse Supervisors lead hands and outbound drivers.
- Handle phone calls and emails.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP experience
- Computer knowledge
- Customer service experience
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to ensure commitment.
- Dress Code: Business casual (jeans are okay even with holes).
- Must complete a background check.
