Job Title: Licensed Psychologist Focused Therapy Specialist

Location: Fremont CA US (Hybrid)

Schedule: 32 hours per week

Salary: As per Exp.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist Focused Therapy Specialist to join our team in Fremont CA. In this role you will provide comprehensive mental health assessment diagnosis treatment and crisis intervention services for adult and/or child members. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a range of mental health needs.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Develop implement coordinate and evaluate clinical treatment programs for patients with acute or chronic mental illness.
  • Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals couples families and groups.
  • Administer specialized therapeutic procedures as appropriate.
  • Conduct psychological assessments including test administration interpretation and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with physicians in screening and evaluating patients for psychotropic medications.
  • Utilize public and private resources to support members treatment plans.
  • Participate in departmental program development and evaluation.
  • Provide clinical supervision to psychology trainees and fellows as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations APA standards and confidentiality requirements.
NonNegotiable Requirements
  • Education: PhD/PsyD/EdD in Clinical Counseling Health or School Psychology from an accredited college or university.
  • License: Must hold a Psychologist License in California (or be eligible for licensure within 6 months of hire).
  • Medicare Eligibility: Must be eligible to see Medicare patients in Texas.
  • Experience: Proficiency with DSMV for diagnosis and experience in assessing diagnosing and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with eating disorders is a plus.
  • Previous experience in psychological evaluations including administering and writing psychological testing and assessment batteries.
  • Proven competence in individual family and group psychotherapy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of evidencebased practices and psychotherapy research methods.
Benefits and Compensation
  • Salary: $114700 $128095 per year
  • Additional Compensation: Eligible for a signon bonus of up to $10000.
