Job Description
Role: BI/Analytics Specialist
Location: Remote
Employment: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Build maintain and optimize dashboards and reports in Sigma.
- Extract and analyze data from Snowflake using advanced SQL techniques to tell the story of customer engagement.
- Develop performance queries and contribute to requirements documents to support the creation of metrics and reports.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Sales Product People and Finance to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Design and develop a scalable analytics infrastructure to support business growth and decisionmaking processes.
- Understand data structures and identify opportunities for improvement proposing solutions to enhance maintainability and query performance.
- Work closely with the data engineering team to address any performance issues and implement enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL with proven experience in Snowflake.
- Strong expertise in dashboard development with Sigma preferred.
- Handson experience in creating scalable analytics infrastructures.
- Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Wellversed in sales processes enabling better interpretation of metrics (experience with FANG companies preferred).
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills ensuring alignment across teams.
- Ability to ask insightful questions that contribute to building meaningful metrics and reports.
