Client: Infosys/ Panasonic
Location: LA USA. Work from office.
Rate: $55 $60/hr. C2C
Experience required: 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
On Site work in a 24x7 support team across USA Mexico and India working in shifts.
Handle alerts incident management and service ownership for Broadcast Satellite Environment (For local and national live video and ads services across Broadcast Satellite OTT and IPTV)
Monitor the Control of the Broadcast environment for Satellite and OTT Content delivery
Incident management Monitor for Automated/Manual alerts escalation of incidents both internally and externally to ensure their timely resolution
Manage and implement Change activities including Pre and post validations
Knowledge Management create and manage documentation SOP/ MOP and Issue history in ITSM Tool (ex: Service Now)
Outage management of Services and resolution
Bridge Management and Internal/External/Vendor stakeholders for Issue resolution
Preferred:
Experience in Media/ Video domain: Knowledge of video processing components Broadcast and Streaming operations.
Proficient knowledge in ITIL (Incident / Problem / Change management) practices.
Proven experience in monitoringcontrol of broadcast environments for Satellite based content delivery.
Technical proficiency in using and enhancing monitoring tools dashboards and navigation of tools (such as ServiceNow Dataminer Moogsoft KPI Dashboards Grafana New Relic Raptor Prometheus Splunk Elk Ineoquest Harmonic VOS) to analyze and identify faults.
Experience with scripting languages such as SQL python and UNIX shell scripts
Strong knowledge of incident management including monitoring automated/manual alerts triaging issues and applying appropriate remediation through SOPs.
Demonstrated ability to handle outage management and drive the resolution of service disruptions.
Expertise in managing and implementing change activities including pre and postchange validations.
Experience with bridge management and effective communication with internal external and vendor stakeholders for issue resolution.
Ability to oversee the escalation of incidents ensuring timely resolution both internally and externally.
Proficiency in updating documentation and issue history in ServiceNow or similar incident management systems.
Experience in alert management recovery incident management and service ownership specifically for Satellite Broadcast (DBS) application.
Proven track record of collaborating with engineering and development teams to resolve issues and provide feedback for automation improvements
Work with team to implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service reliability
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Good communication and presentation skills
