Job Description

The ITDR Engineer will be responsible for developing testing and maintaining disaster recovery plans and processes for our IT infrastructure. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure preparedness for potential disruptions minimizing downtime and ensuring swift recovery of critical systems.
Purpose of Resource:
  • To enhance identity threat detection and response capabilities within the identity and access management (IAM) framework.
  • To identify analyze and respond to IAMrelated security incidents and threats.
  • To ensure the security and integrity of identity data across the organization.
Deliverables:
  • Documentation of ITDR requirements.
  • Implementation of ITDR on IAM platforms (Azure AD ForgeRock and SailPoint)
  • Regular reports on IAM security threats and incidents.
  • Analysis and mitigation plans for identified threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Incident response documentation and postincident analysis reports.
Skills & Experiences:
  • Experience with IAM systems ( Azure AD ForgeRock Ping Identity OKTA SailPoint)
  • Experience with SIEM systems and security tools such as Microsoft Sentinel Splunk Datadog and Log Analytics.
  • Knowledge of threat detection methodologies and incident response.
  • Familiarity with common attack vectors and tactics used against IAM systems.
  • Experience with data and pattern analysis and security auditing.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python PowerShell) for automation and analysis.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM CEH) are a plus.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and participate in teambuilding efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions peer reviews etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OrangePeopleWiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OrangePeople Account Management as requested.
