Job Description

The IT Disaster Recovery Monitoring & Reporting Specialist is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT disaster recovery plan. This role involves continuous monitoring reporting on recovery activities and collaborating with various teams to maintain the integrity of disaster recovery processes.
Purpose of Resource:
  • To monitor alert and report on the health performance and security of IAM systems.
  • To provide actionable insights through detailed reporting and analytics.
  • To ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
Deliverables:
  • Documentation of IAM monitoring alerting and reporting requirements.
  • Implementation of IAM monitoring alerting and reporting on all IAM platforms.
  • Regular reports on IAM system performance usage and security metrics.
  • Dashboards and visualizations for IAM realtime monitoring.
  • Compliance and audit reports as required by regulatory bodies.
Skills & Experiences:
  • Strong experience with IAM systems (Azure AD ForgeRock Ping Identity OKTA SailPoint)
  • Experience with public cloud providers such as Azure and AWS.
  • Experience with data analysis reporting and visualization tools and languages (e.g. SQL Power BI PowerShell
  • Tableau AWS Athena Splunk).
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CISA CRISC) are a plus.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and participate in teambuilding efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions peer reviews etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OrangePeopleWiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OrangePeople Account Management as requested.
