COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM.
Exemption forms are available in Trio/Downloadable Forms (Both forms REQUIRE Provider/Religious Leader Signatures) or please ask your delivery team for documents. IF APPROVED BY HEALTHSYSTEM TRAVELER WILL WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE. To avoid delays in processing please include traveler covid vaccination card/or intent to fill out exemption form with profile submission. Thank you!
BERKSHIRE HEALTH SYSTEM WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. To avoid delays in processing please include perm address at profile upload.
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work TWO of the following:
Thanksgiving and weekend after
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after
New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after
Assignment Location: 71 Hospital Ave North Adams MA 01247
Nonbillable orientation: 8hrs
Holiday OT and CallBack Multipliers: 1.25%
Call: BR/hr
Charge: Not applicable for this need

- THREE YEARS (3) current CST experience REQUIRED
- NBSTSA REQUIRED (Equivalent Certs (NCCT) not accepted)
- Endoscopy experience required Traveler will be used in Endoscopy a couple times per week. THIS IS NONNEGOTIABLE!
- MUST FLOAT TO BMC WHEN NEEDED (Approx 21 miles)
- AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO PROFILE PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. ANYTIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (NBSTSA BLS ENDOSCOPY Exp Facility will not pend license/certs)

- BLS (AHA)
- NBSTSA
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : TBD/Holidays required if needed
On Call Requirements : On call by rotation
