Duties: Job Description: The Vascular Technologist performs a full range of vascular exams using a variety of equipment and modalities including ultrasound and testing. Essential Functions: Crosstrains to other divisions of CV Services. Demonstrates acceptable imaging quality standards by critiquing positioning technical factors and alignment. Reviews patient data for accuracy quality and completeness. Documents accurately and completely. Performs routine and complex vascular ultrasound imaging procedures following departmental guidelines. DepartmentSpecific Job Functions: Perform a variety of vascular ultrasound exams according to physician orders and standing protocols. Rotate to offsite mobile locations to serve patients with local testing availability. Take call during rotating holidays nights and weekends. Proper cleaning of equipment and rooms between patients Document appropriately to accurately communicate with physicians on patient history and exam findings.
