Responsibilities:
Participate in training programs and onthejob learning opportunities to gain a thorough understanding of our companys operations and procedures
Assist in the daytoday operations of various departments including production logistics quality control and customer service
Learn and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
Monitor and report on key performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement
Participate in project management and strategic planning activities
Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely and efficient manner
Actively seek feedback and continuously strive for personal and professional growth
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration management or a related field
Strong leadership potential and a desire to pursue a career in management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
Prior experience in the cold storage industry is a plus but not required
