Job Description

Position Overview: corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive corporate revenue growth and enhance relationships with our network of partners. This role involves leading a dynamic team managing key partnerships and ensuring alignment between sales and marketing strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies that align with overall company objectives.
    • Identify new market opportunities and drive the recruitment of strategic partners.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead mentor and develop a highperforming corporate sales team.
    • Set clear goals and performance metrics to drive accountability and results.
  • Partnership Development:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with business objectives.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Collaborate with marketing to create effective corporate marketing programs and sales tools.
    • Provide training and resources to partners to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor corporate sales performance analyze data and prepare reports for executive leadership.
    • Utilize insights to optimize strategies and address challenges in realtime.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product management operations and finance to ensure alignment and support for corporate initiatives.
    • Participate in executive leadership meetings to contribute to overall business strategy.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and partner ecosystem developments.
    • Act as a thought leader in the corporate sales space and represent the company at industry events.
