Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients speech language and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
- Work collaboratively with clients families and other healthcare professionals to establish therapy goals and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of assessment results treatment plans progress notes and billing information.
- Stay current with advancements in the field of speechlanguage pathology through continuing education and professional development activities.
- Educate clients and their families about communication and swallowing disorders as well as strategies for improving speech language and swallowing function.
- Provide therapy services to clients with various communication and swallowing disorders including articulation disorders language delays fluency disorders voice disorders and swallowing difficulties.
