Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Supervisor and Delivery Coordinator to join our team. In this dualrole position you will oversee daily operations and lead a team while taking on the critical responsibility of completing any delivery routes that are in danger of failing. The ideal candidate will excel in leadership possess strong problemsolving skills and prioritise customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervisory Duties:
- Lead train and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback.
Delivery Responsibilities:
- Identify delivery routes that are at risk of failing and personally complete those routes to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve issues and maintain efficient delivery operations.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver s license and clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using delivery and logistics software.
