Job Description
Role Title: Senior Salesforce Lead with OmniScript exp.
100% Remote
Need to work on our W2 Strictly no C2C
Only seniors with 12 Yrs experience.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
OmniScript Experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively organize prioritize and manage tasks.
Proficiency in requirement development and sprint planning.
Selfmotivation and adaptability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Certifications: Developer 1 or JavaScript Developer 1
Preferred Skills
Desired Certifications: Application or Systems Architect
Knowledge of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and system design.
Versatility in programming languages.
Experience working with Gitlab and Gearset deployments.
Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Developer for a new application within an agile team environment. The project will consists of a backend portal and 1 external provider portal.
Collaborate with the agile team to implement a Salesforce portal using Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or platform objects.
Utilize outofthebox Salesforce features to meet project requirements without customization.
Participate in daily standups sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
Ensure the delivery of highquality solutions within the project timeline.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation.
Provide input and feedback on process improvements and best practices.
