As our next Receptionist you
Are the face of Ibis Budget Beaconsfield extending a warm welcome to our guests putting their wellbeing at the heart of everything you do while adding your personal touch to their stay.
Make the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.
Are a passionate individual dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotels services.
A little more information:
To help you navigate your role and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
By joining us as a Receptionist you will become part of a friendly team of 7 talents. Our hotel offers 105 rooms and free wifi and parking.
Qualifications :
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
Understanding things from our guests perspective is key so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a onenight stay for you to experience this first hand
