Job Description

  •  
  • Consistently offer welcoming friendly and warm service to external and internal guests.
  • Provide intuitive service engaging with external and internal guests and anticipating their needs.
  • Foster positive cross departmental relationships to create a seamless experience
  • Follow detailed cleaning standards as set through our ALL Safe Stay Well Leading Quality Assurance and Accors brand standards
  • Ensuring all guest and colleague requests are handled in an efficient and professional manner according to brand standard
  • Supporting company and hotel policies and procedures including the promoting and participation in EES Health and Safety and Voice of Guest initiatives.
  • Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment in accordance with RYH policies and procedures.
  • Clean all assigned areas including sanitizing dusting vacuuming spot cleaning walls and surfaces sweeping mopping and removing garbage
  • Regularly clean and sanitize the gym equipment pool area and common areas.
  • Ensure gym equipment is in good working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Collect and dispose of towels empty trash cans and restock cleaning supplies and amenities as needed.
  • Wipe down poolside furniture clean pool deck areas and maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Assist guests with inquiries providing information about health club amenities rules and services.
  • Respond to guest requests complaints or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Perform regular checks of the health club to ensure that all areas are functioning smoothly.
  • Performs other related duties and follow hotel standards as assigned/applicable.
  • Will work weekends holidays and shift work as scheduled

Qualifications :

  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times

Physical Aspects of Position include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Constant kneeling pushing pulling lifting
  • Frequent ascending or descending ladders stairs and ramps
