You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs someone who loves to create meaningful connections with both guests and colleagues this role will see you being responsible for the day to day operations of the hotel across our Food and Beverage and Front Office departments. Reporting directly to the General Manager your primary responsibility is ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across the hotel.
As a Duty Operations Manager your tasks and responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to the following:
Your ability to surprise our guests with your natural bright and bubbly customer service style is what sets you apart from the rest. You are naturally a confident person who is able to approach people and initiate conversation.
You are able to develop relationships with other department heads across the hotel to ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
