Salesforce Developer/admin
Location: Remote but must work PST hours
Interview Process: 1 round
Duration: 612 months starting in November.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact for Salesforcerelated activities including user management data integrity system configuration and customization.
Triage monitor and resolve end user issues.
Manage and provide production support .
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Facilitate new user group onboarding.
Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users assisting them with their daytoday activities troubleshooting issues and optimizing their use of the system.
Perform platform upgrades and regular system maintenance tasks such as data backups data cleansing and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
Customize Salesforce objects fields page layouts record types and other components to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Manage data imports exports and data quality ensuring accuracy consistency and completeness of data within the system.
Keep up with the latest Salesforce features releases and best practices and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new functionalities to drive business success.
Knowledge and Skills
Hands on functional and Salesforce admin knowledge for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in timely manner.
Must have experience working in sandboxes and migrating functionality to production environments
Working knowledge of AppExchange products
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce customizations including but not limited to profiles permission sets data monitoring.
Good Understanding of all SFDC modules.
Good understanding of Apex code Lightning components and writing test classes.
