We are seeking an experienced Education Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and various schools to understand their unique recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Your focus will be on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top candidates across a range of educational roles, ensuring they align closely with the schools' culture and educational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
As the Education Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
Collaborative Strategy Development: Work in partnership with senior leadership and school administrators to assess recruitment needs, identify skill gaps, and devise targeted hiring strategies that meet the specific demands of each institution.
Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of innovative techniques to build a robust pipeline of candidates. This includes proactive networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and participation in recruitment events. Your goal will be to attract high-quality candidates who are passionate about education.
Delivering an Exceptional Candidate Experience: From the initial contact to placement, you will ensure a seamless candidate experience. This involves maintaining open lines of communication, providing timely feedback, and ensuring candidates feel valued throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence decision-making and drive successful hiring outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Proven Recruitment Experience: Ideally, you should have a background in recruitment within the education sector or a related field. Familiarity with the challenges and nuances of education recruitment will be essential.
Expertise in Proactive Sourcing: Your ability to identify and headhunt candidates for high-demand roles will set you apart. We need someone who can think creatively and strategically to find the best talent.
Strong Communication Skills: You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and influence recruitment strategies.
Self-Motivated and Organized: A proactive approach to managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously is crucial. You should be able to work independently while maintaining a focus on team goals.
