Job Description

Cure Sports Management Company, located in the heart of Kuwait City, is seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment. As the first point of contact for our patients and guests, the Medical Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for opening the clinic each day, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment. This includes checking that all areas are ready for patient visits and that hygiene standards are maintained. The role involves scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and greeting guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.

Additionally, the Medical Receptionist will serve beverages to guests, providing a warm and hospitable atmosphere. It will also be important to offer information about follow-up sessions or available packages, ensuring that patients are well-informed about their options.

Excellent phone etiquette is a must, as the Medical Receptionist will handle incoming calls, address inquiries, and facilitate communication between patients and medical staff. Billing duties will also be part of the role, which requires attention to detail and accuracy. Furthermore, the Medical Receptionist will assist in following up with ambassadors, maintaining relationships, and ensuring their needs are met.


Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess experience in appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, and general receptionist duties. A solid understanding of medical terminology and office procedures is essential for effective communication and workflow. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to interact with patients and team members, fostering a positive and professional environment.

The ideal candidate should be capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively, ensuring that all responsibilities are handled promptly. Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical, particularly when managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and processing billing.

While experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is preferred, we encourage candidates from related fields who meet the other qualifications to apply. A diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Additionally, candidates must hold a transferable visa (Visa 18) to be eligible for employment.
