Role : Software Engineer for WFM ( Prior Google Environment Work Experience is Strongly Preferred)
Location: San Jose CA / Austin TX (ONISTE)
- Over 10 years of proven experience in Java Microservices and API integrations with vendor products.
- Design develop and maintain highquality software solutions.
- Google Technology Stack Experience (Google3 Piper Blaze Git5/G4 Borg)
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and implement new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis design implementation and testing.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our processes and products.
- Provide support to resolve bugs reported by the client.
- Strong programming ability in Python and should have developed web applications using Flask framework
- Web application development in HTML CSS and Javascript
- Knowledge of SQL relational databases and other data storage solutions
- Angular JS and Material / CaneJS / similar JS framework
- UNIX/Linux environments
- Familiarity in Version control systems and a Unix development environment
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively with fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements for integrating client applications with the Verint WFM 15.2 platform.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and integrate solutions with Verint WFM 15.2.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developments and integrations related to Verint WFM 15.2 configurations and processes.
- Advise and assist the team and testers with testing and bug fixing.
- Conduct demonstrations of new integrations for the technical and application engineering teams.
- Provide support to resolve bugs reported by the client.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors (BS in Computer Science) Or
Masters (MS in Computer Science)
