Job Description
Position: SFDC
Location: Tyson VA Onsite
- Mandatory LWC
- Over 810 years of IT experience with a minimum 3 years of professional experience with the Salesforce ecosystem
- 3 years of experience in a handson technical leadership position
- At least 2 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover design implement and optimize) of the Salesforce platform
- Strong understanding of Salesforce infrastructure security and related cloud technologies
- Extensive development experience with Salesforce development technologies; security process builder flow workflow APEX Visual Force Lightning Community Workflows Triggers API SOSL SOQL REST App builder
- Experience in HTML XML JavaScript Java relational databases SQL ETL tools etc.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer 1 or 2 App Builder Administrator Advanced Administrator Service Cloud)
Preferred.
(1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define advocate and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
(2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
(3.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives best packages supporting architecture best practices technical risks breakdown into components estimations).
(4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
