Job Title: Receptionist
Job Location: Dorchester MA 02125
Duration: 2 Months (Possible extension)
Summary
The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests answering and triaging phone calls and providing key administrative support to the main reception area.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the registrys main phone line.
- Monitor and maintain multiple RVRS customer service email inboxes.
- Welcome and screen visitors answering inquiries and directing them as needed.
- Coordinate conference room bookings and manage meeting schedules.
- Assist with the preparation of letters training packets meeting notes and other necessary documents.
- Provide document management support including organizing filing and maintaining records.
- Assist with compiling reports data entry and formatting documents in Word and Excel.
- Support teams by creating and updating presentations and documents in Microsoft Office applications.
- Facilitate scanning photocopying and digital archiving of important materials.
- Assist with tracking and ordering office supplies as needed.
Requirements
- 5 years of highvolume receptionist and administrative support experience.
- Ability to assist customers of diverse backgrounds via written correspondence phone and in person.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word Excel Teams and Outlook.
- Experience working in a highvolume call center environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
