Job Summary: The Office Support Specialist provides administrative support for the Division of Standards.
Requirements :
- 23 years fulltime experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask.
- Strong clerical abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Data entry experience.
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and effectively in a busy office environment.
- 5 days in office 8:45 AM 5:00 PM
Duties :
- Help the public and staff use the Division website and licensing software.
- Receive and screen telephone calls mail and emails; answer and/or refer inquiries to appropriate parties for action.
- Compose and/or prepare correspondence for the public.
- Respond to inquiries and complaints submitted via email.
- Process license applications.
