Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone email and chat.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Assist clients with product information status and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to create a positive impression during every interaction.
- Support multilingual clients by providing assistance in Spanish or other languages as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and service protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or clientfacing roles is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable particularly in Spanish.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with call center operations or office environments is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with outbound calling is advantageous but not mandatory.
