Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1200 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Recruiter to join our team. This remote position requires excellent spoken English and the ability to handle both candidate sourcing and client interactions. As a Recruiter you will play a vital role in sourcing entrepreneurial candidates for small businesses while also engaging with clients seeking top talent to run their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive job descriptions for client businesses.
- Post job descriptions on various platforms including job boards and social channels.
- Actively engage on social media platforms like Twitter and LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening calls to assess qualifications aspirations and fit.
- Maintain a wellorganized candidate database and manage candidate relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and act as a sales representative in presenting suitable candidates.
- Provide excellent customer support to clients addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize recruiting tools with a focus on Indeed to maximize candidate reach.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
Qualifications:
- High level of spoken English proficiency for effective communication with candidates and clients.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms particularly Indeed.
- Prior experience in recruiting is highly preferable but not necessarily required.
- Competitive outgoing and proactive with a figure it out attitude.
- 23 years of experience in recruiting with a strong presence in recruitment and client support.
