Job Description
Job Title: Inspector
Location: Oldsmar FL 34677
Duration: 12 Month
Work Schedule: 4/102nd Shift (3:30PM EST 2:00AM EST)
Job Description:
- Uses predetermined methods operations setups and prescribed specifications to inspect visually inprocess and complete Cable Inspections.
- Uses various measuring devices. Accepts rejects or reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
- Works from blueprints diagrams dial indicators preset micrometers scales fixtures customer specifications drawing or inspection instructions and checklists.
- May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
- Has the willingness and ability to perform assembly tasks related to assigned inspection areas if needed.
- Experience with Cables and able to identify nonconformances IAW IPCA620 & specific other requirements.
- May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with assemblers engineers and management when resolving quality issues.
- This includes detailorientation and proficiency at interpreting drawings diagrams parts lists IPC manuals revision control reference documents and work instructions.
- Collaborator with strong verbal and written communication skills. Interfaces effectively and diplomatically with assemblers test technicians engineers customers and management when resolving quality issues.
- Proficiency with using Personal Computers and newer applications.
- Candidate has a strong background in the manufacturing process of Cables Inspections.
- He has the willingness and ability to perform assembly tasks related to assigned inspection areas as needed.
- Experience with soldered and crimp inspection on cables using IPCA620 standards.
- I am terrific and proficient at interpreting drawings diagrams parts lists IPC manuals revision control reference documents and work instructions.
- I am a collaborator with strong verbal and written communication skills. Interfaces effectively and diplomatically with assemblers test technicians engineers customers and management when resolving quality issues.
- Proficiency with Personal Computers.
