Summary
The Senior OnSite Service Specialist is responsible for receiving packages scanning them into a webbased tracking system occasionally delivering mail and packages sorting mail by department performing data entry (requiring proficiency in Excel) and scanning mail for indexing. This role involves providing service to internal and external customers. Additional duties may include uploading files to specific online cases as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required along with 12 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience with copy jobs is preferred.
- A valid drivers license and appropriate auto insurance coverage may be required in accordance with company policy.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands
The position is based in an office environment with normal lighting ventilation temperature and noise levels. Tasks are diverse and require the ability to interpret complex data and instructions. Some physical activity is required including standing walking bending reaching and lifting or moving items up to 5055 lbs. Additionally pushing or pulling machines on wheels (weighing up to 700 lbs.) may be needed for repairs. Occasional walking between buildings may be required. Moderate dexterity is required for operating office equipment.
Responsibilities
The Senior OnSite Service Specialist performs operational functions in areas such as highvolume duplicating document imaging mail management and copier maintenance. Duties include:
- Operating highvolume copying and document imaging equipment and associated software.
- Managing mail systems including sorting distributing and applying postage.
- Generating reports for digital printing imaging and mail systems.
- Handling product shipments and receiving supplies.
- Providing copier maintenance and addressing equipment issues including clearing paper jams and reporting technical problems.
- Assisting with binding quality control final checks housekeeping file services call center support and reception.
- Coordinating building support functions including meeting room setups and light maintenance.
- Running highvolume copy machines and performing binding and finishing work.
- Utilizing document management systems saving and transferring PC files and operating MS Office and email systems.
- Monitoring the functionality of convenience copiers performing daily inspections for quality and maintaining records for management reports and inventory.
- Responding to customer service calls and coordinating required services.
- Delivering completed jobs to designated locations within and outside the site.
- Maintaining daily service logs and calculating charges for jobs performed.
- Performing filing duties shipping and receiving materials and handling building occupant moves.
- May require occasional overtime including nights weekends or offhour emergency responses.
Additional Responsibilities
- Operating equipment such as shrinkwrap machines paper cutters bindery equipment joggers and scales.
- Performing filing tasks including purging and archiving documents.
- Undertaking other duties as assigned.
