Job Summary:
The Site Leader plays a critical role in supporting legal operations including tasks such as litigation copy/print services office supply management conference and breakroom maintenance front desk duties and mail and shipping tasks. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in a related field
- Experience in delivering both classroom and informal training
- Proficiency in operating advanced machines and performing complex tasks
- Strong organizational skills and goalsetting capabilities
- Leadership and training experience
- Technical proficiency in complex machinery and the ability to stay updated on industry trends
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of a small site service area or shift (up to 2 people).
- Develop implement and review operational procedures.
- Manage customer accounts invoices and maintain a productive work environment.
- Support daily facility management including reporting and escalating issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues and contract compliance when no Site Manager is present.
- Implement and manage Ricoh Service Excellence programs.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements track contract compliance and report performance.
- Perform various operational tasks including document management and work order creation.
- Provide frontline support to customers including handling formal interactions.
- Coordinate with vendors and facility management for inspections repairs and troubleshooting.
- Assist with office moves including assessing seating layouts and scheduling.
- Monitor and manage office supply levels and ordering.
- Manage conference room coordination and A/V equipment.
- Train staff on workflow processes and machine operations as needed.
- Oversee payroll accuracy and correct time clock entries.
- Achieve shift profitability by supervising efficient use of materials and supplies.
- Ensure quality and deadline compliance by managing workflow and job scheduling.
- Address pricing order and invoicing issues through communication with the sales department.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage developmental plans for direct reports.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and departments.
- Prepare accurate site reports and monthend management reports when required.
- Interpret and manage financial results including profit and loss statements.
- Assist in staffing and performance management of site personnel using Ricoh policies and tools.
- Utilize Oracles iProcurement system for ordering site products and supplies.
Work Environment:
- Primarily an office setting with standard lighting ventilation and noise levels.
- Work assignments are varied requiring the ability to interpret and apply complex information.
- Occasional physical effort required including walking standing bending lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Moderate dexterity needed for tasks like typing handling documents and operating tools.
Physical Demands:
- Primarily sedentary work but involves some physical activities such as walking standing bending reaching and lifting.
