Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Workday Reporting Analyst to join our team with a focus on Workday Prism Reporting and Accounting Center. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of Workdays reporting tools and be certified in either Prism Reporting or Workday Reporting. In this role you will develop implement and maintain Workday reports and data solutions to ensure accurate datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design build and maintain Workday reports using Workday Prism Analytics supporting various business units and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with key business partners to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions including the utilization of Workdays Accounting Center for financial data management.
- Perform indepth analysis of data to provide insights and actionable recommendations through Workdays advanced reporting capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits reviewing reporting outputs and making necessary updates.
- Develop and maintain Workday Prism datasets data models and visualizations for both operational and strategic purposes.
- Participate in Workday feature releases and conduct impact analysis on reporting configurations ensuring smooth transitions with new functionality.
- Provide enduser support training and guidance on Workday reporting tools and processes.
- Collaborate with the IT and HR teams to optimize reporting solutions ensuring scalability and performance.
Qualifications:
- Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting Certification required.
- 3 years of experience in Workday Reporting with a strong focus on Prism Reporting and Accounting Center.
- Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics including designing and developing custom reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with Workday Accounting Center to support financial data operations.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM Financials and related data structures.
- Excellent data analysis and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work with crossfunctional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other Workday modules like HCM and Financials.
- Strong SQL knowledge and understanding of data modeling.
- Experience in largescale ERP system implementations or upgrades.
- Ability to drive change and innovate reporting practices within a growing organization.
