Job Description

Your Role

As a Sales Executive you will play a critical role in driving the companys growth in the DACH region. This is a fullcycle sales position where you will manage the process from the first contact to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales process: from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Research and identify potential clients in the Benelux region.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via phone email and other touchpoints.
  • Present the solution to key stakeholders such as Clevel executives HR Directors Office Managers and Travel Managers.
  • Lead live demos of the platform to qualified prospects.
  • Negotiate deals and guide clients from demo to contract signature.
  • Forecast sales revenue ensuring full visibility of your sales pipeline.
  • Act as a brand ambassador attending industry fairs and public events when needed.
  • Work closely with SDRs and the sales team to improve the sales process through feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to define and achieve Quarterly and Annual OKRs.
  • Propose strategies and initiatives to enhance sales growth and streamline processes.

Your Qualifications

  • Nativelevel German with a strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role or 2 years as a topperforming SDR.
  • A goaldriven attitude: You take ownership of your success and push yourself to achieve results.
  • A strong appetite for challenges and a willingness to raise the bar every day.
  • Proactive problemsolver who isnt afraid to make mistakes and learn from them.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

Bonus Points for:

  • Previous experience in SaaS Sales Business Travel or Startup environments.
