Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality customer service to Hebrewspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Address customer inquiries resolve issues and offer information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and followups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hebrew (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work onsite in Thessaloniki Greece.
