About the Company:
We are an international company seeking a Hungarianspeaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Thessaloniki Greece. This is a fulltime onsite position offering a dynamic work environment with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth.
Position: Hungarian Customer Advisor
Location: Thessaloniki Greece (Onsite)
Type: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide topnotch customer support to Hungarianspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Address customer inquiries resolve issues and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hungarian (written and spoken).
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work onsite in Thessaloniki Greece.
