Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia to patients prior to during and after surgical procedures.
Monitor patients vital signs and responsiveness throughout their procedure.
Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Provide preoperative assessments and consultations to discuss risks and benefits of anesthesia options with patients.
Respond promptly to any complications or medical emergencies during surgery or recovery.
Document and maintain accurate patient records regarding anesthesia and sedation protocols.
Educate patients and their families about anesthesia procedures and aftercare to alleviate concerns and answer questions.
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program.
Board certification in anesthesiology or eligibility for certification.
Valid medical license to practice in the State NV.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and the capacity to remain calm in highpressure situations.
Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with advancements in anesthesiology.
