Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader for the position of Director 1 Healthcare Technology Management to oversee medical equipment management and lead process improvement initiatives. This role requires handson experience in healthcare technology management and leadership of a team of supervisors and technical professionals. The Director will drive operational excellence enhance client satisfaction and ensure optimal performance in clinical engineering services to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and maintenance of a wide range of medical equipment.
- Oversee program management ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (CIHQ DNV JACHO).
- Collaborate with regional HTM leaders to improve operational effectiveness.
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and capital planning.
- Develop and mentor teams fostering talent within the organization.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients staff and vendors.
- Contribute to business growth through organic sales and relationship management.
- Lead projects related to purchasing subcontracting and client relations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare system.
- Proven knowledge of regulatory compliance (CIHQ DNV JACHO).
- Executive and Csuite leadership experience.
- Strong business acumen problemsolving skills and financial management expertise.
- Ability to lead highperforming teams and mentor talent.
