We are seeking a Germanspeaking Marketing & Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our Germanspeaking clients assisting them in enhancing their online presence through Google Ads and related services. Your main responsibilities will involve providing exceptional customer support delivering strategic marketing insights and contributing to business growth.
This position offers a hybrid work model requiring you to spend 2 days each week at the World Trade Center Barcelona one of the citys top business locations and 3 days working remotely for added flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultation and Strategic Advice: Help clients maximize their use of Google Ads by offering personalized marketing strategies and sales guidance tailored to their unique needs. Create targeted campaigns that achieve measurable outcomes.
- Client Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong longterm relationships with Germanspeaking clients ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.
- Sales Opportunities: Identify growth prospects within existing accounts recommending additional Google Ads solutions that align with clients business goals.
- Campaign Performance Improvement: Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in sales marketing and technical support to ensure clients receive topnotch service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly provide clients with performance reports and valuable insights showcasing the success of their advertising efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Nativelevel German speaker with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Previous experience in sales marketing or digital advertising (familiarity with Google Ads is a strong advantage).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies payperclick (PPC) advertising and campaign management.
- Resultsdriven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to client support.
