Job Description: Position is 100% remote candidates MUST be located in India. Position is approx. 4 months in length.
he ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting excellent communication skills in English and highly preferred if they have experience with Workday. Must have at least 23 years experience of technical recruiting.
Work hours will be within core business hours in India Standard Time.

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Temporary Technical Recruiters to join our team in India. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in technical recruiting excellent communication skills in English and preferably experience with Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Source screen and interview candidates for various technical positions including software engineers developers data scientists and other IT roles.
Candidate Management: Manage the endtoend recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Workday Utilization: Utilize Workday for managing recruitment processes (preferred but not mandatory).
Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in the tech industry and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 23 years of technical recruiting experience.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
Preferred: Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
