Job Description
Position: EHR PMO Manager
Location: Online (Locals preferred)
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced EHR PMO Manager to oversee project managers and ensure the successful delivery of IT projects. This role requires strong leadership and extensive experience in managing both agile and traditional project methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee project managers performance and daytoday activities.
- Ensure project timelines costs and deliverables are met according to specifications.
- Develop staffing plans project tracking and reporting templates in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with executives and project teams to facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Conduct interviews and recommend hiring decisions for project management roles.
Key Skills Required:
- 15 years of IT and business experience.
- Proficiency in agile and traditional project management methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate in complex environments.
