Position: Advanced Planning Writer
Location: Raleigh NC (27601)
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking an Advanced Planning Writer to develop Advanced Planning Documents for the Medicaid Enterprise System. This role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders and lead documentation efforts to support the planning and implementation of Medicaid programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Advanced Planning Documents and related documentation.
- Lead kickoff review and closeout meetings for APDs.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams including project and technical groups.
- Create and deliver presentations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
Required Skills:
- 3 years in Advanced Planning Document Development or relevant RFP/RFI experience.
- 3 years of project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project Suite MS Teams and Zoom.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Medicaid Eligibility NC FAST and/or HHS is a plus.
